The remotes for keyless entry keys have made life easy for all drivers.  One can operate the cars doors from a distance without actually physically touching the key to the doors key-hole.

What is a Car Remote?

Disadvantages
The keys on the remote entry keys are very sensitive to pressure.  Sometimes they get pressed on their own which can be quite a bother.   Also, there could be a short circuit in the cars lock which can cause quite a lot of trouble in its repair or replacement. 

Although compared to its advantages, these issues are quite negligible.  The way out of this predicament is to read the instruction manual diligently and stick to it.
